According to SOAR profile, the Appreciative Inquiry which is based on a point scale between 0 and 10 indicated that I had an ability to solve the community problems through approaching stakeholders with different perspectives such as collaborative relationships, through capable conversations that would have dialogic communication between the members involved or in the organization.

Question two.

The SOAR capacity as indicated in the SOAR profile suggests, there is more attention given to meet the organization’s objectives and goals. The SOAR shows that there is more attention to the strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results in carrying out organization work. The attentions suggested from the SOAR capacity is essential in increasing the performance in organizations

Question three.

 The strengths are critical in that they will increase and ensure the organization’s objectives are met. The five are flexibility by been available required, ability to provide solutions as from the Appreciative Inquiry, interactive information this evidenced by dialogic conversations on AI, positive attitude, and compassionate .the opportunities are improving the interactive relationship as a supervisor and motivating them, this would result to high-quality work done. The most aspired thing s been a good and trusted supervisor in the organization. The success is indicated by improving the performance of the work delivered by employees.

Question four.

Based on the SOAR profile, the most interesting thing was about the Appreciative inquiry that indicated potential in providing a solution to the community through employing various perceptions, for example, dialogic conversation. However, the SOAR capacity is surprising because it indicated positive results than expected. From the SOAR profile, the Appreciative Inquiry as a supervisor will help in clear watching done by individuals in the organizations to ensure they meet the required standards and also help in motivating employees. On the other hand, the SOAR capacity will be the basis for been focus to ensure the organization's objectives and goals are met.

Question five.

The SOAR approach on supervising can be very important to change the attitudes of the supervisors to have a positive mental attitude necessary for making activities in the organizations work as expected. According to a theory by Douglas, McGregor which is referred as theory X advocate that close watching of employees and encouragement to the will result in the possible productive outcome even though many individuals only work for financial purposes.
