Description
Compare and contrast consultant interpersonal styles discussed by DeBoer.
1. Create a grid that provides you with a quick reference tool to refer to all styles that include key features of each.
3. Then, briefly outline your own style (which is most likely a mix of features w/in each style: Achiever, Persuader, Supporter, Analyst). Be sure to include your personal strengths and weaknesses within that style (1 paragraph).
