PERSONAL CONSULTATION STATEMENT:

As a consultant, I bring a unique combination of educational expertise and interpersonal skills to the table. With over 10 years of experience as a classroom teacher, I have a deep understanding of the challenges and complexities of educating students in today's fast-paced and rapidly changing world. This experience has equipped me with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide targeted and effective support to schools and districts.

I take pride in my ability to build strong relationships with educators, students, and families. My interpersonal style is collaborative, empathetic, and solution focused. I believe that the most effective solutions come from working together, and I am always striving to create a positive and supportive learning environment. As a consultant, it is my responsibility to work closely with educators to identify areas of need, and to provide practical and actionable strategies to help them reach their goals. Whether I am working with a school district to implement a new program, or providing one-on-one coaching to individual teachers, I am always focused on making a positive and lasting impact on the students we serve.
