Description:
Develop one (1) staff training module in Powerpoint format.
· You are to develop one (1) staff training module (choose from one of your three training topics submitted in Project 9).
· Create a PowerPoint that you would actually use for the training. Slides should be visually appealing and geared toward your audience (paraprofessionals).
· 15 slide minimum - 30 slide maximum
· The training MUST include the components of Behavior Skills Training (BST). However, you are not to describe behavioral skills training. You are to embed BST w/in your training. For example, for the modeling component, you might show a video demonstrating the skill. For the rehearsal component, you might have a slide that says, “Let’s practice!” or “Time to role-play!” (w/ a brief description of practice/scenarios, etc.).
· Finally, you need to include a data sheet/checklist to assess participants’ competency of the targeted skill. For example, if teaching discrete trial teaching, you would include a DTT treatment integrity form
