· Write a 1-2 page(s) outline of a proposal for a staff training that will utilize behavioral skills training.
· In your proposal, include a description of the method/procedure (e.g., participants, setting, target skill). Be sure to include each of the four main components of BST, and any other related topics (e.g., pre/post test of skills, trainee preference assessment). An introduction, hypothetical results and discussion are not required.
· Include considerations for generalization and maintenance of the trainees' skills.
· Include the expected outcome, together with the challenges you may encounter and how you will tackle them.
· Discuss any cultural issues that you will need to take into consideration.
· Please provide two citations other than the ones included in the module 6.
