MY BUSINESS IDEA -- Home Health Services

Type of business- The type of business that is I am looking to launch is primarily service-oriented and will be a specialized healthcare industry service where product utility and application are involved in the services.

Business idea- The specialized healthcare industry is an growing and exciting new business sector globally. Australia has great opportunities and scope for a combined home health and m-health services. This idea actually works like people who are individual, alone, and people who has no support. It’s based on completely health services, people who are in emergency and don’t want to pay more this is more reliable for them, they can simple call or access this service through internet/ mobile. These days people use mobile a lot so the usage of mobiles and its applications are increased , and I would like to say that this idea helps people who are sick at home , can’t take any prescriptions properly , people who fights for health, this will help them a lot. I came up with this idea because I suffered with fever once and back in my home I have too many options to call a

doctor home at midnight, as per my observations here doctors charge very high

rate, especially at midnights so, this service will be fair enuf for the people who

are sick and can’t afford more money.

Value proposition - The services our business will provide patients remote schedule appointments with physicians, nurses or for diagnosis or treatment remotely through a mobile app. It will simplify healthcare for patients, especially the terminally ill. Patients will also have easy and quick access to medical data and healthcare expenses records. This idea helps people who are sick at home and

can’t take any prescriptions properly and fights with health, this will help them a

lot. Also, for some people who are injured on the job by some unplanned incident

Patients can download and register to our app, from where they will be able to upload all their previous medical and healthcare data and records. Then according

to digitally analysed diagnosis, they can select from suggestions for diagnosis or

check-ups or manually appoint a private doctor, physician, nurse or medic to

attain to them at their home.

Thinking about medical service, the company can provide a service of medicine

delivery in all over DARWIN. People those who need urgent medicine company should provide them medicine in their door. In this idea of business, the main consumers are people in home, office or rural areas people.

The main suppliers of this business are medical stores. The consumers have to follow some procedure to which are sending the name of patients, age, sex, problems. Also, send the name of medicines they required with doctors’ prescriptions. Without prescriptions no medicine is available. The company can also provide an emergency doctor check-up service in a rural area. This service provides extra benefit for HOME HEALTH SERVICE by collecting more customers and customers data.

Thank you for submitting your business idea. Overall, your business idea is too vague, too big, and not realistic and I strongly suggest to revise. Setting up a medical service is a complex undertaking and highly regulated in Australia. Developing an app is already complex enough and access to health information/records via apps may not be viable. As you may have read about the My Health Record discussion, storing your data online is only just beginning and not very likely to be available to private businesses. 

My suggestion is to reduce and revise your business idea to an app that provides social support to chronically and terminal ill people. See also my comments in my email response. Please revise and re-submit as soon as possible.
