· What aspects of the The Science of Happiness and Well-being course challenged you the most?
· What benefit, if any, did you gain by thinking about those challenges? Be sure to report what you learned, especially anything that was beyond the readings and class discussions.
· How can you use the knowledge you gained in the course to chart your own Individual Happiness Plan? eg. Share a WOOP Plan.
