TEAM LEAD – ADOLFO (DANNY) CARRERA

• Team Lead Role:

• Recruit Team /Manage Team Roles

• Ensure team is built cohesively

• Meet the four roles needed for the team building event

• Use my ability to be precise and objective to keep the team on schedule

• Ensure efficiency throughout the team roles

• Thrive on keeping a virtually mistake free event

TEAM LEAD CONT.

• Knowing my DiSC strengths, I must find a team member/s that are good with people so that I am able to get ideas and procedures across to the team with better feedback.

• Personally overview the movements of the team across the board. Not micro-manage, but more of guidance as to when and what needs to be done within the timeframe.

• Put out initial time-line for the event

• Will co-host with the MC for the event, an area of needed improvement for myself.

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

• Robin’s listed strengths are what lead me to choose her for the logistics role.

• High need for a detail-oriented person in this role.

• Will work with multiple vendors and personnel throughout and leading up to the event.

• No need for creative thinking, need for working all the intricacies that are required for event.

LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

• Compliments my systematic approach to work

• Precision and efficiency seem to be a strength for Robin as well

• While public speaking is a challenge, having fun working with people I can relate to.

• Her dedication is to be admired, and will help the team in its mission

BUDGETING COORDINATOR

• Kim is very good with numbers, a must in a budgeting role.

• Having precision is needed to handle the various expenses that will be incurred for the event.

• Her attention to detail will compliment the team lead in helping with the budgeting role.

• Her ability to flourish under time constraints will help the team be more manageable.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

• Toby has multiple strengths that will help the team in various aspects.

• Being a big picture thinker teamed up with strong creativity = ideal program coordinator.

• Logical side compliments team lead structure.

• Responsible for event content.

• Must secure a keynote speaker for event.

PROGRAM COORDINATOR

• His ability to think outside the box will help the team lead look at different aspects of the event.

• Being introverted and shying from public speaking should not hinder team in this role.

• His creativity will make the event the talk of the company for this event.

MC/HOST

• Needed a high personality person to host/MC, “Scooter” fit the mold.

• Extremely extroverted personality, enables him to talk to virtually anybody.

• His skills in public speaking will help keep the audience's attention.

• Team lead will help him understand and abide to event timeline.

MC/HOST

• He displays the ability to connect with people and can shift topics quickly.

• Compliments team lead with his diligence to details.

• Will help team lead work on his public speaking skill by introducing as a co-host for event, small role.

ONE-DAY EVENT SUMMARY

• Team building is the name of the game for the event.

• Keynote speaker booked for event.

• Team lead ensures event runs seamlessly between all facets.

• Balanced Team has been built to give event best possible outcome and participation.
