Description of Observations in response to the weekly questions
Task performance as the effectiveness of the work, it contributes to the technical core of the organization(Borman and Motowidlo 168), such as the organization I observe it can help students provide free application and repair computers. Citizenship behaviors as an individual in the organization voluntarily undertake work that does not belong to them. For example, members of the organization will help you check if you need to update your system while repairing your computer, and they will also help you to identify unnecessary unwanted software, although these are not their obligations. Counterproductive behaviors are an employee behavior that violates the legitimate interests of the organization (Wiemann, Sackett, Shelly and Roxanne 441–64) . For example, during my observation, I found that tutors who helped me repair computers frequently pay attention to his mobile phone, so I think this is a kind of counterproductive behaviors.
The organization uses the work performance information to manage the employees. For example, the organization will ask you to fill out some feedback forms after finishing the repair, the organization can get some information about the tutor work through the feedback form did they use a mobile phone during their work? Did they helped you to repair a successful computer? so the organization through this performance information can make a relative policy to effectively manage employees.
I choose effectiveness as an effective commitment of the organization. Because the organization effectively helps students repair their computers while serving students, and they help students solve various system computer problems during the repair process, they also work to help students use some free applications, so I think that the effective commitment of the organization is effectiveness
The organization rewards those employees who perform well at work and feedback, so that they can cultivate more enthusiasm for employees. Through the commitment of the organization, employees can cultivate good work commitments, and through feedback, employees are not managers. Under supervision, it can also be effectively promised to complete the work.
The increase in workload will affect their work commitment. Through high-burden workload, this will increase employee fatigue and enthusiasm. These problems are a great burden for employees. The organization allocates work through reasonable allocation and hires the school to Interested students have solved this burden so much that they will not affect their work commitments.
