In this paper, I will generalize about the learning objectives of chapter 9 and the impact they have on my company of Uber chapter 9 “Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental sustainability and Strategy” L.O.1- How the standards of ethical behavior in business are no different from the ethical standards and norms of the larger society and culture in which a company operates business ethics standard are the principles established and set by the founders of the business to communicate underlying the moral values. (Ashrafi, 2018) Notably, when business-oriented people intend to invest outsides the country boundaries, moral clarity often hazes. According to cultural relativism, no cultural ethics than others; however, there are no international rights and wrongs. All these measures are standardized by the universal standards held by society in general.

In the Uber Company, it gives ethical services and makes sure the down goes beyond the set standard of ethics in the community in general. This profound trait is what makes it unique and keeps it at the advantage edge, more so they have an ethical team which is united which markets the uber services via posters and social Medias branding it to be the best carrier service in the states. The services they give are of quality and meet the consumers' needs as affordable and reliable.

The department of moral relativism embraces the diverging principles, duties, and behavior standards across the states and cultures, giving rise to multiple sets of ethically right or wrong standards. The conflicting ethics refer to firm-oriented activities to determine if those actions are factual or incorrect, depend largely on the set of ethical morals. Notably, in moral relativism, in attendance are no sets of authentically moral behaviors to measure the company individual's conduct. However, these moral relativism codes can be challenging for multinational companies by making confusion of contradictory moral standards. Uber has few issues concerning values in ethics as the company solemnly deals with relatives.

Incorporated social indentures philosophy permitting to incorporate social contracts model, collective moral principles established on numerous societies' cooperative opinions form a "communal bond” that all personalities and administrations must perceive in all circumstances. The integrated social contracts concept, observance to all-purpose, or "main order" moral norms should always take preference over local or "second-order" norms. This concept delivers an intermediate-ground balance between diversity and relativism. (Chuang 2018)Uber has a conservation policy where they try to reduce their influence on the biosphere. We try minimizing the gas they emit when they burn the fuel by regular checks in the engines and services to ensure the cars are in good condition. They work with transportation providers to source low-impact and properly in authority fuels for moving materials worldwide. This has facilitated them by minimizing the impact on the surroundings.

Conclusion: These are the learning objectives for this week from chapter 9, and I explained how they apply to Uber.
