At some point there will be the need to present to the executives or your organization. Best practices and implemented management will be some of the topics for discussion. With these topics and any other major presentations there should be some thoughts to consider. After researching some articles, I came across a few key points regarding time, what you need from the executives, price if we do not implement, and provide the recommendations (Jeevan, 2018).
I think when it comes to time, have an honest discussion about the timeline and provide options to shorten the time. Presenting to the top personnel would insinuate you need something from them. Be prepared to explain what you need from them and how they will impact the program and overall success. Implemented management and best practices are absolutely necessary and presenting what could happen if they fail to implement the topics discussed. Finally, be prepared to explain your recommendations and why.
