Write a paragraph about your ideas and what skills and experience your staff needs. What kind of education and experience should top management have for your business?

Are there any topics or regulations/laws that may be different in your country? Are there any regulations you know about that you could share with your classmates?

If you can, ask a local business owner about how employment practices affect a business. When business owners hire employees, what is the most important characteristic they want in their employees? Can you use that info for your business?
