There are some types of managerial roles performed In order to have a healthy business .it’s also known that the managerial roles are self-taught skills because there isn’t an Institution providing the basics of managerial roles. This managerial role helps to give companies and organization to be self-driven and managers to be responsible in all their works and the can be able to minister all the activities. This also allows companies to become more creative and intelligent so as they can develop their own skills. It was defined that there is some popular organizational structure. There are some popular managerial structures which include simple structure as known as entrepreneur organization this deals with managers and executives and some multiple subordinates (Vasudevan,2015). Other structures include the machines which deals with workers to work efficiently and each department be able to stand for their own responsibility and decision making becomes more efficient and also its brought to concern. The CEO can use many of the ideas taken by the blue apron company in order to achieve all the goals. He must eliminate all the middlemen so as they can work on the producer to consumer business. The middle man will always benefit a lot from the company since he would try to sustain him/ her in the market(Harper Wave, 2017)This aims at eliminating the wages going to the middle man. The company can also develop a kind of capital making project which would be always working substitute for the main company business. This paragraph should talk about the roles the CEO of Blue Apron, Matt Salzberg, takes on to achieve his company’s goals. So what roles does Salzberg play in his company as the CEO? How do those roles help him to achieve the company’s goals?
The company should have its own way of data analyzing method. This would help them to draw all business transactions. This kind of business transaction helps in keeping the books of records to be parallel with the capital in the business. The CEO should ensure that he keeps all his repeated customers because of it easy to keep them than creating new customers. Repeated customers will always give the company boost because they have built their trust in the company. The companies experience has also lead to creating a lot of customers. (Olivier, 2012)The CEO should also find ways to deal with all the competition facing the company. He can create a slogan which would help the company have a different look from other companies which offer the same kind of services. Develop a policy of customer satisfaction. The company should also bring about the competition of the market and bear with the situation until find the most successful way to approach the competition. Marketing metrics will have an impact on the small and the new markets which are highly in need of advertising as their source of introduction to the international market. The market would always expect that every firm to obtain the most important metrics it can ever produce. They usually use these metrics to always improve their performances in all their working areas. They have also introduced to the market the catalyst unto which will improve the marketing performance task. Business with this kind of monitoration always gives a positive and healthy outcome from their way of performing accordingly. This usually gives the company the go-ahead to the company and reduce unnecessary spending and mantai0n the company in a much more good shape.
Managers usually have the company in their hands to either take the company to the next level of trading welfare. The company always depends on the decision made by the manager and the board of governors who are governing the company. The managers have to be able to face all the challenges to be able to run any company hence creating the most successful and wise decision in the company in order to avoid the downfalls of a business. Managers also monitor the working of the other workers and supervise the books of accounts whenever they feel like so as the can have clear information of their companies data. All the companies’ transactions are always allowed by the manager to be able to understand the business standing structure at all times. Managers have the ability to fire the lazy workers and employ the most active members and who are willing to work for the purpose of benefiting the company.
