Ethical Behavior and Decision Making:            

Integrating Components of Ethical Behavior with the four Decision-Making Formats, what actions should Heinz take regarding the drugs his wife needs? Be sure to support your decision in light of the ethical theories covered in week one.

Impact of Power on Productivity:             

What are the moral/ethical implications on the use of power to influence outcomes? Do ends justify means when exerting power? Support your answer.

Module 4 Discussion

Normative Leadership: What is transformational leadership; what are its characteristics and are there cautions that should be aware of? 

Module 5 Discussion

Cultural Ethics:

Discuss the formal cultural elements that promote or discourage moral actions within the organization?

Module 6 Discussion

Global Ethics:

Discuss the question of a common morality that people of all nations could share. Is there one moral philosophy that seems to be applied across nations? If so which one and why? Not so, why? Share the individual standards you would include in a declaration of global ethics.
