Culture is a term that has various definitions and perspectives to display its meaning. It represents the values and beliefs shared among individuals in a group. Ethnocentrism refers to how people evaluate other cultures based on their values. It is a common universal issue that creates obstacles for an organization. Ethnocentrism creates tension and conflict in the workplace, which will impact the performance of the organization. As a leader, it is essential to understand and respect other cultures while maintaining their values. If an individual does overcome their ethnocentric views, their belief could form a more significant issue. Prejudice refers to the judgment an individual inflicts on others based on their opinions or experiences (Northouse,2018). It often uses to describe the obstacles in racial, gender, and social-economic status dilemma. The relationship between these terms is how cultures contribute to an individual's attitude and beliefs that impact others. Understanding and respecting diverse culture help leaders become more effective and generate a productive team. 

Case 16.2 discuss how Central banks realize they are losing a significant opportunity within their area with the Muslim community. The leadership decided to survey and conversate with these individuals to understand their beliefs concerning the bank's financial services. The organization decided to implement a new offer that aligns with the Muslim community's values to increase clientele and satisfaction. Although it has satisfied the Muslim community, there is some disapproval the organization has encounter because of their programs. The organization should consider providing a diverse board of financial services to embrace a multi-cultural environment that welcomes all individuals. It will attract a diverse crowd and allows the organization to generate more satisfaction.
