CC Possible surgery for prolapse

Pt came for surgical consultation after pessary fell off on 2/10.2023

Reports vaginal bleeding, urinary incontinence, Denies pain

Plan

Complete uterovaginal prolapse

Consent for: Total Laparoscopic hysterectomy, bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy, Anterior and posterior

repair, sacrospinous fixation, midurethral sling.

Doctor will send letters to other doctors.

Risks and benefits were explained. Pt understood them all.

Pt will follow up with pcp and cardiologist for pre-op clearance.

Next appointment: 6 weeks for Pre-op
