Consumer has it that the administration of complex organizational systems depends on similarly complex theoretical views, such as the idea of dynamic organizational capabilities or the vast body of research on strategic management. It is the importance of a consumer fundamental assumptions that is the most important lesson to be learned from this instance. With the help of this historical perspective, we can conclude that the contemporary study of consumer culture is perhaps best understood as the latest chapter in the struggle between explicit and rational views of organization on the one hand, and implicit and nonrational views of organization on the other. (Pereira, 2020).

Consumer organizational businesses, both large and small, have benefited from my hands-on expertise in helping them become more customer-focused. The expectations of consumers increase when they begin to receive better service. Leaders in a company ultimately choose how much of their organization is oriented toward customers. Customer service is not necessarily provided by the most efficient businesses. Create information black holes inside your organization, where knowledge is pushed underground. (Temouri, 2020).

Consumer organizations, whether private or public, large or small, successful or unsuccessful, these negative outcomes may be observed. The exhortations from the top indicated a lack of confidence in the organization's commitment to change at the lower levels. Expectations for change are increasing in organizations, yet they are frequently so difficult to satisfy that they are met with significant opposition and fail. The concept of organizational culture is present in much of the current literature and efforts on organizational transformation in some form or another (Pereira, 2020).
