The information of the end-users focuses on a different system, services, product, and provides essential information relating to the reporting system (Barros et al., 2020). The determination of the report training and how the report should be provided to encourage and provide essential feedback to manage different incident reports for the end-users. The end-users should adapt to technology changes by getting direct feedback while managing the end-users to manage the company's operating.

According to the information collected, the determination of the training of end-users helps in managing the incident reporting process and reduces risk factors leading to a successful Security Education Training and Awareness (SETA).The end-users learn different strategies to understand security practices and reducing the threats cases by mitigating the threats cases. The company management has to focus on the daily approaches in reducing the security risks while classifying essential information to secure the user against cyber-attacks. The end-user should create a strong password and secure confidential information against intrusion activities by updating anti-virus software. The end-user should avoid sharing their confidential information with unauthorized users to protect their privacy against intrusion activities.

End-users should report different incident cases causing cybersecurity risks, threats, and vulnerabilities leading to privacy protection (Younis et al., 2020). The process helps in managing organizational awareness and preventing loopholes and vulnerabilities from the operating system. The reported incidents help in increasing security layers while reducing the hacker's access to the end-user database while preventing the system from damages.
