The questions are based on the law review article Political Activity of Tax Exempt Churches, Particularly After Citizens United v. FEC and California Proposition 8's Ban on Same-Sex Marriage, 9 North Carolina First Amendment Law Review 448-485 (2011) by John R. Dorocak and Lloyd Peake and Citizens United v. Federal Elections Commission, the U.S. Supreme Court case cited in that article.
Westlaw online is available through the campus Pfau Library website. Westlaw contains both the Citizens United case and the Dorocak and Peake article.
