You will need to determine the following and write 350-1050 words for Week 3.

Choose a 3rd -world country/culture and explain what skills a leader will need to adapt to the local culture compared to the domestic Western environment the leader comes from. You should also compare and contrast the differences between the domestic culture the leader comes from with the local culture you have chosen. You may research the developing countries of Africa, Asia and Latin America.

As part of this assignment, you need to also interview a leader or manager you know who works for a global company and ask that person what skills he or she believes a leader will need in order to work in a local culture. It is acceptable if the person interviewed has experience in a local culture.
