Part 1(a): Considering Gruene, New Braunfels (Texas) Website for the ClearMark Awards
About Gruene, New Braunfels, Texas
Gruene is located in the Comal Country, a former German town, in Texas,. This town began as German settlers from Europe arrived in the mid-1840s. Ernst Gruene arrived in New Braunfels and purchased land for producing cotton along the Guadalupe River. The architectural style of Gruene’s homes was early Fachwerd, which is made in of German timber framing. In mid 1970s, the town got registration on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). Now the backbone of Gruene’s economy is tourism. Three significant buildings of the town are Gruene Hall, Gruene Cotton Gin, and Gruene Family Home.
The scenario here is that the reader has submitted their website to be evaluated, so they know the above information. I think it is fine to leave it because it demonstrates that you did the research and you learned something about the city. But you need to provide the reader with some more context for how you went about judging their entry. I think it is okay to give them their score up here at the beginning but they would appreciate knowing something about the evaluation process.

This is the third time that I have marked your title pages. This is a title page in MLA format. You do not need to use title pages for assignments in this course. Title pages are more common for college essays.
Also, note, according to the syllabus, late papers can receive no higher than a C grade.
I am not sure how to state this exactly. A town founded by immigrants from Germany…
One minor formatting note here: Your paragraphs are set to have both the left and the right margins aligned. Readers prefer a left aligned margin but a jagged right margin. This is a readability issue. The jagged right margin allows for better eye tracking.
To begin, this should be landscaped to better use the space.
So, obviously, Track Changes is causing some formatting issues here. You can format the images so these problems are avoided.
If they are the same and separate links is this a good thing?
This does not quite make sense. Style and voice are attributes that may contribute to the content being easy to understand.
These are good, specific examples. You should make the images larger so they can be read.
I cannot see the paragraph on “The History of Gruene Historic District” but just from the image I think they can make passage easier to read if they split the paragraph in two.
Label all figures:

A comma cannot be used to separate items in a list of only two things.
Also, in these statements you are making a lot of claims but you need to support those claims with evidence
This is a separate matter.
This is not a complete sentence.
This is something we cannot know.
