Team boundaries are those rules that the team sets to avoid an overload of work, emotional, mental and/or physical. Boundaries are important for maintaining a healthy work culture and excellent relationships with other team members (Thompson, 2014).

Personally, I think my team is quite professional. Lately, we are all having a difficult time due to the pandemic and all members of the team understand and respect this situation. There have been occasions in which some members have problems delivering their part of the work on time due to personal situations and in this case, without investigating much in that situation we help the person to finish their assignment.

My team is not talking about set up boundaries but I think that this situation arose naturally thanks to the professionalism of all the members. We all understand that each one's personal life is private.

For this same reason, my group has created a cohesion and we have managed to create a strong working relationship that helps us adapt to different situations, in this case, the variation of assignments every week and the personal inconveniences that may arise (Coetzer, Inma, & Poisat, 2017).

I think that a group that can have face-to-face interaction comes to present a stronger relationship since more aspects are shared in person. For example, I know my team in the school environment but I know very little about their personal lives, several of them do not know what they look like or if they are married, if they have children and these are the factors that are shared when you have the experience of meeting someone in person. Currently, communication with team members focuses only on assignments in this subject.

Social capital is the ability of teams to work effectively together. Social capital is divided into internal, which refers to the relationship between team members, and external, which refers to the relationship between different work teams (Han, 2018).

Social capital applies to my class team because we are a work team that allows the flow of resources, in this case, the flow of information to complete assignments, we trust that the other team members have the capabilities to deliver a good result and that they are professional enough to get their work done within the designated time.
