                                            Team Work

I am currently working with an organization that has opened up different micro organizations in different parts of the world. With differences in times across different countries, there is a need for well-organized teamwork, which has posed a great challenge. Being the head leader of these teams, it is my key responsibility to organize the teams to work for the organization's vision and mission. Thus, I have the responsibility to change and reshuffle team members when the teams seem not to work appropriately. With this knowledge, in some activities, some team members want to be in a while in other activities nobody wants to join. Each team has its duties and roles to accomplish, and thus team members have different roles that they play in their teams. It isn't easy to work well when you share two groups or more. This difficulty occurs when you have to divide time to fit in the required team activities. This issue might cause issues and conflicts between team members and their leaders. Thus, the need for members to commit to one team and its roles. Teams can help each other when need be and assist in projects that require an extra hand.

There are several team roles that each member should possess. Of these roles, I play a collaborative role where I work with my team members to achieve the objectives (Pierre, Hofinger, and Simon, 2016). These roles include executor, finisher, shaper, coordinator, investigator, team worker, and thought-basis roles.  I play the team worker role, which involves engaging with other team members to implement our duties.  In this role, I ensure unity and peace in the group and cohesiveness. In decision making, I make decisions that favor every member and align with the goals. Team working means sharing ideas and accepting corrections.
