Conflict Within Teams

I have experienced conflict when being a member of a soccer squad. Most of the players were unhappy with the team tactics being deployed by the coach. This led to several of the players to consider looking for another team to shift to once the campaign was over. The conflicts in the dressing room led to more issues such as poor preparation before matches, lack of coordination, inadequate solidarity, mistrust of the manager’s tactics, and a run of various games without winning. The atmosphere in the dressing room was a very toxic one and led to poor approach and negativity from the players.

The conflict in the team could be improved through employing techniques that could involve getting the club officials to come and reconcile the dressing room. This could involve talking to the players and the manager and try to let them have a common understanding. The understanding could involve the deployment of a training technique or match preparation methods that were comfortable for both the coaching and playing staff.

                                                   The Indices of Creativity

The three indices of creativity play a fundamental role in the enhancement of my personal perception. Talent, tolerance, and technology all play a fundamental role in the enhancement of my creativity. My technological prowess levels are a sustainable one because they have been recognized in almost every organization that I have worked in. I have been able to be part of or lead teams into the development of newer solutions in the organizations. My levels of tolerance on the other hand, are effective from a personal perspective. These levels have allowed me to attain the extents where I can persevere tough conditions as well as give myself hope concerning the best techniques that are required for deployment. Talent is the index of creativity where I am not that versatile. I am talented in the development of technology solutions as well as ensuring that there is effective correlation of the best technological solutions that need to be deployed in the best way possible. Creativity can be enhanced through the deployment of personal goals that are progressive and can lead to a certain period where the goals are effectively achieved.
