• Diffusion is the aggregate of consumer adoption.
• Keep in mind that consumers are more likely adopt an innovation is it reflects
– Higher relative advantage over existing options.
– Is compatible with existing norms.
– Reflects low complexity.
– Can be experienced through a trial run.
