#1  Good Quality:  you and your family rented a place on Cape Cod for two weeks on a recommendation from a friend.  You arrive after a long, slow ride in traffic to the cottage.  As advertised it was within walking distance to the beach (you could see the water from the front yard), it had 3 bedrooms so your daughter did not have to share with her brothers and it was very clean.  Now you have to unload the car, so the kids and your husband do the heavy lifting and you start putting things away in the kitchen.  There are flowers on the table, you open the main door of the Fridge and there is a 6 pack of Bud and a bottle of white wine, nice!  Then you open the freezer section and there is a box of popcicles, Alright.  You shout up the stairs, "honey come and get a cold beer!! -  and kids there are popcicles in the freezer!!"  Meet then exceed customer expectations!!

#2 Bad Quality:  Fire and Ice, awful nothing even met my expectations, not even close.
