Amazons Cause Effect Diagram:

A cause-and-effect diagram is also known as Ishikawa or Fishbone diagram. It’s helpful when you want to identify causes that leads to effective quality problems and or effects (Norton, 2017). The cause and effect of Amazon is as shown in the diagram below showing the major causes which has been classified into six categories; measurement, human, machines, environment, materials, and services. These six causes are shown as labeled arrows entering the main cause arrow. These major causes are caused by the sub causes which has been shown in the diagram below entering to major cause arrows. The cause effect diagram is helping us to understand the root cause in Amazon Company (Ramirez, 2015).
