As you pull all this knowledge together for this final assignment, your Course Project, imagine that you have been assigned the responsibility to train leaders within your organization (real or imaginary) on how to effectively lead a global team meeting. You will want to begin by developing an outline of the major themes and topics that you consider important to include in the training module that you will develop.
Upon successful completion of this assignment, you will be able to:
· Identify and implement practical ways to provide effective global leadership.
