this is a group project, so you don't need to do a introduction and conclusion, rather just answer these questions for Tesla Model 3 in a research paper form. (5 pages)

1. Address delivery issues for Model 3.

2. Discuss delivery capacity and challenges.

3. Provide suggestions for improvement.

You can use any information available on the web or literature as long as it is cited. This paper will be submitted to my enterprise resource management class.

On a side note:

Tesla recently announced that they plan to close all Tesla dealerships and use its online site for purchasing and delivery of model 3. This maybe be also investigated from the standpoint of managing Tesla supply chain delivery resources. Another point which can be investigated is the resource inefficiency of model 3 assembly, parts and components.

You can address Location strategies, Material requirements planning (MRP), or forecasting as long as it relates to delivery issues. I am attaching power points to each of the topics to give you a better understanding of these terms. I would like you to incorporate 1 or 2 of these terms please.
