I think when it comes to executives, they value their time and want to get to the point. So in these instances, quick findings would probably be the best way to get the findings and propose your design changes (Ross, 2019). If they can see it in a quick bullet point format, they can easily see the problem and the solution without going through hundreds of pages. This is also a good way for the person writing the findings to focus on the major issues. If they have further questions or are looking for more information further along in the process, they can always read the detailed report. Some of the other recommendations are that you write them from memory rather than paging through your notes. This helps to make sure that you cover the major issues that need to be addressed and keeps it from becoming too detailed.
