Introduction Healthcare organizations are a vital element of the health sector and must serve the people. Different healthcare organizations are working on the national or worldwide levels. They all have the same purpose: to serve the people and enhance health. Health promotion can be done via many means; for example, the organization can give medication and healthcare services. Healthcare organizations contribute to public health and safety improvements. The following report will describe the details of a healthcare organization, how it serves, and how it works for the betterment of people. The organization's mission and vision are to contribute to health and safety improvements. The world health organization is one of the most critical and global healthcare organizations working for the wellness of people. The organization is a team of more than 8000 people, and they are public health experts, including doctors, epidemiologists, scientists, and managers.
They help the world respond to health disasters, promote well-being, and avoid sickness (WHO, 2022).
(WHO, 2022).
1
Access to health care is another significant element that the organization has highlighted. The organization has an essential role in connecting the nations, people, and partners of healthcare.
The organization has given the same opportunity to interact and coordinate towards a healthy and safe existence.
1
The objective of the World health organization is to have a healthy and safe world and to serve the vulnerable with a quantifiable impact on the people at the country level. The mission is not easy to fulfill, and it has to work throughout the year to meet people's necessities and give attention to disadvantaged neighborhoods.
The objective is to provide an opportunity for people to obtain the best degree of health.
1
The mission and vision statements show that the organization is concerned about people's health. The disadvantaged populations are the priority, and it has become necessary for the organization to promote health in all countries with the assistance of the government. Moreover, it is observed that the healthcare facilities could be accessible in the countries, but there is a shortage of access;
therefore, WHO has to contribute its essential part as well.
1
The group has worked on several initiatives. The breastfeeding programs, the school program, and feeding programs, among others, are some examples through which the organization's role is evident in how it attempts to contribute to the health of patients.
2
Organization’s ability to promote equal opportunity and improve the quality of life in a community
The World Health Organization (WHO) has traditionally linked healthcare availability with quality of life.
1
People can improve their quality of life if provided equal opportunity and access to healthcare;
due to its analysis of the many hurdles (such as socioeconomic and physical), WHO has attempted to overcome them.
Various examples can be used to clarify the project's meaning.
The World Health Organization (WHO) has taken the lead in empowering women in their communities to improve their quality of life (Abnousi, 2019).
Everyone, not just women, was drawn into the program, emphasizing the need to ensure everyone had an equal opportunity to improve their lives.
Working and finding a job have been shown to improve one's overall well-being.
1
Because of the social and cultural constraints that women have had to overcome, this is an example of women's empowerment.
Many cultures do not allow children to leave their families, which harms living standards in certain areas.
Herbs are used to overcome physical restrictions, such as pregnancy for women.
With the Self-Employed Women's Association, women can earn money and enhance their quality of life while working.
It's time for the women to get out and do something for themselves.
On the other hand, minorities who do not have access to adequate healthcare must also be addressed.
1
Impact of funding sources, policy, and legislation on an organization’s service delivery Funding for WHO comes from various sources, including the World Health Organization (WHO).
Contributions from the member states are essential if funds are available.
The organization's contributions and cash may also come from other sources, such as voluntary donations.
Funds from the World Health Organization (WHO) allow it to carry out its mission and improve healthcare in developing countries.
It's much easier for an organization to serve a broad spectrum of people with extra cash.
Furthermore, the organization's policy choices enhance the effectiveness of WHO programs.
It is crucial to have a policy on disability because it helps the community and those with disabilities to make decisions about their programs and community initiatives—the initiatives aid in empowering communities and women's employment in small businesses.
1
As a result of these policies, member states have taken an interest in the programs of WHO and have contributed to improving service delivery (Kneipp, 2018).
1
The WHO developed policies for ethnic minorities and other marginalized groups.
Such groups have more difficulty obtaining healthcare because they are not financially stable.
They require more resources to help them access healthcare.
Ethnic groups have different needs and expectations.
Therefore an organization should consider the best programs and policies to meet its needs.
Furthermore, because legislative systems in other nations differ, WHO's service delivery depends heavily on them.
The organization must begin implementing the numerous programs intended for various countries.
1
How an organization's work affects the health and safety needs of a local community and offers creative or insightful ideas about how nurses might become involved with the organization.
Health care organizations and industries rely heavily on nurses.
They must work in various organizations, each with its duties.
To be a part of the WHO's mission, nurses must be influential in their daily tasks.
It is critical to educate nurses on their jobs and learn about the community's needs.
Nurses play a crucial role in every WHO program, and they're expected to do so.
1
For example, the WHO's COVID-19 vaccine program was found to have thousands of nurses participating in it.
For WHO to work on women's issues or child malnutrition, the nurses must come together.
In accordance with WHO rules and initiatives, the nurses must conduct themselves professionally (WorldHealthOrganization., 2017).
Conclusion All organizations involved in human health promotion must put in more effort in the future, the World Health Organization and others have determined.
Several groups have figured out how to meet people's needs and are doing so.
Organizations such as these have a moral obligation to ensure that individuals have access to adequate health care and the basic requirements of life.
1
A worldwide healthcare organization has collected data from all around the world and knows how to serve the poorest communities to ensure they have access to health care.
In addition, the public and governments'
actions can improve the situation.
