In either a 2000-word paper format or in a 15–20-minute creative presentation (video, ppt, etc). Research a Christian person in history (from any country/culture—just not Jesus) who you believe demonstrates transformative leadership. Someone who represents Niebuhr’s “Christ transforming culture” paradigm. You need to have your person approved by me either verbally in class or via email by March 17th. In your presentation or essay, you need to discuss the following 5 sections:

1) Give an introduction/bio of the person (who they were and what they are known for)-with sources (400 words).

2) Analyze/discuss why you think this person demonstrates Niebuhr’s “Christ transforming culture” paradigm (400 words).

3) Analyze/discuss how this person demonstrated the life and teachings of Jesus (400 words).

4) Analyze/discuss what leadership qualities this person had that made them a transformative leader/what areas of society they impacted. As well as what were their weaknesses/struggles/mistakes (400 words).

5) What have you learned through studying this person’s life, and what is one thing about their life (strengths or weaknesses) that you want to learn from to apply to your life and why? (400 words)

If you choose essay format, it should contain  at least one resource per page and needs to follow APA 7 formatting (title page, intro, page numbers, double-spaced, headings, references, and citations etc.). Sources must be peer-reviewed, such as journal articles and books (e-books are fine) from the TWU library. Wikipedia or non-academic websites will not be counted as a proper sources. 1-2 YouTube sources are allowed but need to be cited correctly
