Importantly, the organization uses the integrated model of care, where it combines psychiatry and medicine. The approach is suitable in managing medically and psychiatrically compromised patients. Furthermore, the organization adheres to the ACA code of ethics which include informing the client of the billing rates, procedures among other information (American Counseling Association, 2014). The staff at the facility are licensed and work according to the professional practice that allow them to share confidential information as part of consultations when need arises (Mass, gov. 2015)

2. The organization focuses on Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder-ADHD, which is a condition that affects people’s memory, impulsivity, attention and other cognitive functions. Furthermore, the organization is located within Massachusetts, as such, it is accessible. It is also effective during this COVID-19 era because it offers telehealth services, which mean I can seek their services while at home using facilities such as video conferencing.

b. Free Clinics

1. Starr Psychiatric Center retrieved from < http://www.starrpsychiatriccenter.com/ >. The clinic is located in Brockton, Massachusetts, specifically at 529 Pearl Street, North West Corner of Pearl & Torrey Street, Brockton, MA 02301.

2. The clinic offers psychological and psychiatric quality treatment. The clinic uses team approach and the concept of differential therapeutics using a medical model. That means the patient is first rightly diagnosed and then the right modality or combination of them are chosen to be used at the right time for treatment. Furthermore, the clinic is located within Massachusetts, as such, it is accessible.

ii. Resource B:

1. Metro Boston Free Health Clinic retrieved from < https://www.metrobostonclinic.com >. The clinic is located at 35 Church Street, Watertown, Massachusetts 02472.

2. The clinic is located in Massachusetts; as such, it is easily accessible. The clinic offers medical care. The clinic has the ability to offer individualized care; however, when unable it can refer the patient to more advanced service providers. The operations in the clinic adhere to some of the ACA code of ethics such as F.1.a., which focuses on client welfare (American Counseling Association, 2014)
