This is it! The day has arrived. Your consulting group is making its presentation (via the video that you created for the team project) to the Org-Corp CEO. Will your approach be convincing? Will it “sell” the CEO that your Personal Leadership Certificate contains what is needed to enhance the personal and leader development of the leaders and managers in her organization? Equally important, will your grading instructor for this course be able to see key concepts and content (i.e., principles and practices) that you have been studying in the program brought together in an effective way?

An old line in business is “You either make the sale or you make the fail.”
