Measurement Strategy

REACH approach will be used to implement in the program for the evaluation. There will be five questions, as discussed earlier, to evaluate the responses of participants. The methods to collect the data from the participants will be through the survey. The specific tool that will be used in the research program will be a questionnaire. The survey will provide a direction to analyze that how the findings can be measured. The feedback of individuals and the participation level will be the indicators of research. The feedback will evaluate how many individuals know about the outcomes or causes of COVID-19, and the participation ratio from the chosen population will let us measure the results.

Validity

The measurement strategy will be less valid because the internal validity factors are based on the trust and cause relationship. The participants have to respond to certain questions, and it will be up to them how they respond. They might provide accurate information, or they might give false data. Moreover, the prevalence rate of COVID and the participation rate may vary. The external validity will be more effective because the findings can be implemented and generalized to the population of similar people with the outbreak of COVID-19.

Reliability

The measurement strategy will be reliable in the context of internal consistency. The participants are from the same place and have similar characteristics, so that they will respond to the questions in a similar fashion. Their response will produce a high internal consistency. On the other hand, the data is less stable in the measures of reliability. The population will be educated and will be given training after the evaluation, so it is expected that if the research is repeated, the participants will answer differently and differently.
