Topic 1: Designing Monitoring and Control System

Monitoring and controlling processes on a project focus on measuring progress toward project objectives, measuring progress toward meeting the project’s work performance objectives outlined in the project management plan, and ensuring that the project team is meeting project objectives. Discuss how you may design a project monitoring system that can be used to monitor any, some, or all of scope, cost, time, or other resources on a project to achieve the project goals stated in the project plan.
