· Keeley advises us to ignore culture when it comes to being more innovative: “The problem with trying to change the culture of an organization is that it's a bit like trying to hug a cloud...” (Keeley, Pikkel, Quinn, & Walters, 2013, p. 200), and instead, he argues for the need to build innovative capabilities within a company

· Do you agree or disagree? Why or why not?

· Compare Keeley’s position on culture with that of Scholz from Week 2

· Recall that Scholz argued that “culture” was a key to innovation success at 3M (Scholz, 2017) Can these two positions be reconciled? Please explain.
