· The Reflection paper #4  This is the same format as the previous reflection papers; however, this time the focus is on  Essential VIII Professionalism  and outcome #3.

· For the reflection, a good starting point is to refer to  NURS 510  (i.e. – Review of a Bill, Elected Official Mock Interview, Ethical Debate, Paper on Government Hearing to name a few) and LDR 432  (i.e. Team Leadership Approach, Leadership Reflection Paper, Leadership Portfolio Paper, Transformational Leadership, Medicare Reimbursement to name a few examples to get you started) or other courses to reflect on the knowledge you gained with this Essential and how you applied it to nursing practice.  Include the specific title  of the assignment you are referencing in your paper.  Do NOT copy  large portions of previous papers, just summarize it with 2-3 sentences.  This will then be the precursor to those actual papers that you will upload into your portfolio
