Critical Issues in the Hospitality Industry

Each student will read the five (5) weekly Topic Paper articles (Links provided) and write two (2) 3-4-page topic papers. Your paper will include your opinion of the Pros & Cons of the article authors point(s). You are required to source a minimum of two additional outside related articles to include in your reflection. You will cite both articles (in addition to the one provided) at the end of each of your two (2) topic papers. Each paper will be written in Times New Roman 11.5 pt. font. Citations will be in APA formatting both in text and when listing references. Your name and title for each of the two (2) papers will appear at the top of the first page.

Each student will write two (2) papers that are 3 – 4 pages in length throughout the course of our five-week class. You may choose any of the five-week topic options listed below. These two (2) papers may be completed at your convenience but the due date for paper one is DEC 29 by 11:59pm and paper two is due January 6 by 11:59pm.
