What types of organisational structures are there?
What type of structure does SmSiHealth has?

Read the case study individually
Share questions between members of the group
Using the case study (and Google), Search for the answers
Regroup and discuss your ideal answers

Group formation – A group for each of the 5 IS Projects
Grouping based on your allocated IS Project
Read & understand your Coursework’s IS Project
Within your groups, research, discuss and prepare a short presentation addressing the following questions:
Describe the challenge SmSiHealth is facing?
What are the effects/impacts of this challenge on SmSiHealth?
How is SmSiHealth currently dealing with this challenge?
Why would an IS be important for SmSiHealth?
Blog while you’re learning!
Time: ~40 minutes
Group work:
Please group them based on there IS Project (the business challenge)..
Do encourage (make!) them to use PowerPoint presentation for their answers.
If no one wants to present, I would ask them to share their presentations with me and I will lead on presenting their work with them
