AFFIRMATIVE POSITION

The Janitorial services choose information technology system sourcing approaches. The sourcing approaches are used to help the firms to provide good sources in a better form to attract the customers and the large organizations in the supply chain management. Supply chain management can be defined as providing or sharing information between the organizations. By sharing the information in the supply chain, the organizations can be able to provide better services for their customers. Generally, small suppliers are preferred to adopt multiple software packages for providing better services to their customers. Maintaining the long-term relationship between the organizations is used to reduce the coordination cost of the organization (Hou, Xue, Bui, Kettinger, 2016).

The janitorial services prefer an inter-organizational system (IOS) which is used to study the existing literature related to supply chain management. The sharing of information between the organizations in that supply chain provides better uses and services of the released product. The external sourcing technology is preferred more by the small firms in the supply chain management. The external sourcing brings more effectiveness of the products which serves better for the customers. The supply chain requires firms that are used for developing the capabilities for generating the information between the organizations in the supply chain management. In supply chain management, the inter-organizational system is used to reduce the transactional costs of the products for the organizations. There are three types of information technology sourcing techniques are internal sourcing, external sourcing, and hybrid sourcing (Hou, Xue, Bui, Kettinger, 2016).
