Topic 2: Resource Allocation – Developing Team Skills Roster

As the project manager on a website development project, you have asked your team members to complete a skills roster at the start of the project. One of the team members rates his skills as outstanding in several areas. However, you disagree with the team member’s ratings. Is this an issue? Provide the rationale for your answer. Discuss what you might do when you make assignments to team members for the website project.
