Getting Started

Now that you have gained an understanding of the elements of cultural intelligence, you have the opportunity to complete a CQ self-assessment to gain personal insights on your level of CQ and, more importantly, how you can further develop your CQ strengths and weaknesses. Using the online CQ assessment, you will complete the survey and then create a short reflection video that reports your results as well as your insights about why you scored as you did and in what ways you may wish to further develop your CQ.

Instructions

2. Record a 3-minute 

3. In your video recording, discuss the following:

1. Share the results of your CQ Test.

2. Do you agree with the results? Why or why not?

3. Discuss where you felt your results indicated strengths as well as areas for development.

4. How might you apply what you have learned in your role as a leader?
