In the article showed the effectiveness between inspector A and inspector B. I made my own sample of individual effectives of each inspector that same in the article. I used 20 samples to determine which is ok or defective and set master appraisal. Both of inspectors conducted an inspection to show how they are effective at work. See the figure below.

As you can you see on the figure above that results that they conducted was matched up and some are not to the original samples. As you can see to the agreement the inspector A got 90% of consistency of inspecting the sample while inspector B got 85%. In Minitab they called them standard vs. each appraiser. As the second results, inspector A got 87% while inspector B got 80%. The result on the table that inspector A must need to improve he/she skills even he/got a 90% consistency in the first activity but still he got 87% in standard work in the second agree. While the inspector B got 80%, in this case he /she needs retraining. In this case, gage R&R analysis explained the two inspectors are inconsistent to their work by judging this activity. It shows also that the two inspectors have they’re on way to do the process. It may cause negative impact to the customer’s expectation to the product and might the company suffer on their loss in profit and time.

Based on this case, each inspector must be consistent and must do the same process of measurement to maintain the quality of the product. This also shows how the company will handle to maintain their system with accurate measurement system. The accuracy of measurement will be depending on the measuring equipment. So, it must be in good condition.
