Intro to Leading
1. Contact your chosen leader to schedule a time to dialogue.
2. Determine the means by which you will meet with them. (Zoom, face-to-face, etc.)
3. Ask your leader if you can record the conversation so that you can reflect on it later (honor the leader’s answer to their recording preferences).
4. Engage your selected leader in dialogue using your set of questions you developed in Assignment 3.4.
5. Take notes during the dialogue that can inform your Leader2Leader assignment in Workshop Six.
