Women Empowerment

Women empowerment is the process of making the women realize themselves and giving them opportunity to make informed decisions in life. This is mainly achieved by educating them, training them and even supporting them to be leaders. Leaders mainly participate in political speeches in order to express their views on different issues. Therefore. Political speeches are a great way to express the issues which are affecting the citizens as well as the plans that the leaders have for their citizens. These speeches as well give them the opportunity to air their views on specific areas. However, there are several issues that are raised in these speeches that may affect the citizens negatively or positively. These issues may make the citizens to have different opinions on the ideas given by the leaders. This speech mainly highlighted on women empowerment in the society and I have highlighted the reasons why I agree with the issues raised. (just talk about the women Empowerment and tell why you support them since your essay is agree to raised. Leads to Elimination of Communicative Injustice

Women empowerment is a great way of eliminating the injustice that is associated with gender inequality in the society. (This is prefect but talk about it more support what are you saying by a sources) Countries should encourage women in order to upgrade their social status as well as economic status. This is an initiative that will create a balance between the men and the women in the society and therefore will eliminate the mentality that the men should be treated as superior creatures as compared to the women. Therefore, women empowerment is a great way to eliminate communicative injustice.

Builds Confidence to The Female Gender

Through women empowerment the female gender is able to develop confidence within themselves (how is that going to happen). This can be achieved by ensuring they have access to equal job opportunities and ensuring they also have equal access to leadershipopportunities. This is a great opportunity that will enable the women in the society to have confidence in themselves and therefore be able to work in more fields without being discriminated. I don’t see any support for what you saying devolve your reason more you just talking in general

Allows for Development of the Society

Encouraging the women in the society is a great way of enhancing oneness in the society. By giving women equal opportunities and equitable representations in all political levels gives them the opportunity to articulate the concerns and the needs of the society and therefore they are easily addressed. Therefore, this is a great way in which the society is developed (Charteris-Black, 2018).

It Enhances Both the Quality and Quantity of Human Resources in The Society

The issue of women empowerment is of much concern in the allocation of resources in the society. The people living within the society are able to access the appropriate services in a comfortable way and when needed. By promoting women empowerment, the resources will be allocated equally without discriminating other people in the society and therefore contribute to the overall quality and quantity of the human resources in the society (Menini et al., 2019).

Leads to Sustainable Development ofthe Country

Countries that have appreciated the subject of women empowerment have been able to achieve sustainable development within the country. Some leaders believe that it is difficult for a country to develop without contribution of both menand women. Without gender inequality the country lacks justice and therefore social change is not easy to occur and that retards the general development of the country (Dylger, 2017).

Therefore, women empowerment is a subject of concern in many places. The speech highlights the importance that can be obtained if the country focuses on supporting women and helping them achieve their dreams. The country is able to promote unity, equality, peace as well as oneness in the society. Women empowerment also enable the women to develop confidence and be able to achieve their goals in life. Therefore, in order for countries to have sustainable development, the should appreciate women and help them achieve their goals
