Executive Summary -- first sentence seems to be missing a word. Read it aloud. The third sentence is redundant (internally). Fourth sentence, "member" should be "members."

Intro: Third and fourth sentences should be combined. Good intro. You have a few grammar concerns. Proofread carefully.

Situation Analysis -- it would be good to specify the area served by your company before talking about the competition. At the beginning of this section, I am having a hard time understanding if this is a local company serving local clients or a national company that can ship meals. Excellent job on the competitive analysis! There are some grammar errors, though. Proofread very carefully for run-on sentences and the like. :-) Also, I think it would be more appropriate to capitalize the words in the company name, 80% What You Eat, even if that company doesn't do so in their signage.

Trends -- Great stuff here. Grammar is rough. Proofread like crazy. (I"m sorry if I'm sounding redundant).

Strengths -- #1 is an Opportunity (not internal to your firm)

Weaknesses -- very good

Opportunities -- #1 is a Strength more than an opportunity.

Threats -- Good job on #1 The truth is that this is a service and switching costs are perceived to be higher with services than with pure goods. Also, loyalty to service providers is high. This is a challenge the new company will need to overcome. Good job here.

Marketing Objectives: #1 Not specific, measurable, or time bound. #2 Not specific, measurable, or time bound. #3 Awkwardly worded. Restate and be very, very specific. #4. Good, but give a "by" date. Google "SMART marketing objectives" to improve this list.

Target Market: First sentence??? When you say individuals in the fitness industry I think of trainers, gym managers, etc. Is this who you mean, or do you mean people who are actively pursuing fitness? There's a diffference. The latter are not "in the industry" (in the sense of working in it). I'd like to see you revamp this entire section. Your target market should precise and identifiable. For example, "The primary target market residents of Tracy, California age 20 to 60 who are seriously pursuing a lifestyle of fitness. The secondary target market consists of residents of the same demographic who feel they need to lose weight and eat healthier. A tertiary segment consists of upper middle class and upper class working adults who live time-pressed lives and can afford a prepared meal service valued primarily for the convenience it allows them. " You may also find a market (by the way) in the 85+ age group whose children are willing to pay for prepared meals.

Positioning -- Very rough grammar throughout. Great material here, but the wording might cost you the startup loan you're seeking

Product -- The first paragaph needs to be moved to Promotion. What you talk about under Product is your actual product itself and service. What types of meals, how much variety, are they customizable, what sizes, what "meal plans" will be offered, etc. The last paragraph in this section does talk about packaging and branding, so it's fine to be in this section.

Pricing -- Excellent. Be careful not to price too far under the competition. Best not to drive prices down if you can help it. I like the idea of price matching as long as the meals are comparable. Check grammar on this section.

Place - looks good. I would and an address if this were going to a bank. Also, is govt certification of your kitchen required?

Promotion -- Awkward use of both first person (we) and third person (they) voice to refer to the company. Essential marketing tactics missing from your promotion plan are the basics of a website and search engine optimization including Google My Business to make sure you show up in local searches and the use of social media. Don't forget to keep an eye on Yelp as well! This might be an important thing to include in Controls.

Financials: One thing missing is the estimate of cost of goods sold for the product generating $100,000 in sales revenue. This will be important information. 50% growth over what? Start up sales are zero, so....50% growth over zero? Make this more specific. Maybe just include a table that shows projected sales by month for the first year. Second paragraph is fine, but proofread for grammar.

Controls -- good job. If you are going to have a website and do any digital marketing such as search engine optimization or social media, then add Google Analytics as a control.
