final exam, due in Week 11.

For the final, you role play a training manager. Your task is to create a training proposal in Word to present to upper management. Write "as-if" you have already done all of the appropriate research and determined that there is an acute training need that impacts 100 employees. In your written proposal, draw on your learning from all aspects of this course and synthesize this final document as a showcase of your knowledge. You need to introduce the hypothetical problem (any problem you choose) and describe the needs analysis that you hypothetically did. You may feely mythologize everything about this training proposal; the point is to demonstrate your understanding of the principles as if you had done the actual work that you would do in a real-world situation. You need to describe the learners, as if you had conducted a learner analysis. You need to describe the training objectives, the curriculum, and how you plan to evaluate the training at all four levels. Note that you are not asked to write any training lesson or any actual curriculum. You are tasked to write a training proposal that describes the curriculum. You can add other details about the proposed training like when, where and for how long. Conclude your proposal with your formal recommendation to the top-level management. Your professional credibility on the line.

There is no word count requirement, although all of the above imply a substantial document. A quality proposal between 5 and 10 pages is sufficient. You will upload your proposal to Drop Box 11.1 in Week 11.
