Assessment letter

Dear Sue,

Having a job comes with the great responsibility. workers have to get their job done on time and effectively. when having a problem usually employees go to their supervisor seeing some advice. Regarding your issue which is the compound that can affect people’s health. Honestly, you should take an action and I am going to tell you about the facts, my response, and my request in this letter.

First of all, the component that was linked to some studies to respiratory problems is very important. Even though it is been served by small percentage of the population, people should consider all the side effects. This component has not been regulated by EPA which is very big problem. In each company nowadays everything should be regulated, otherwise the company shall not continue producing any more products until the problem get resolved. Furthermore, having a problem with the supervisor is very possible in all companies weather they are small or big companies. The most important thing is whoever is right in your case should consider all the possibilities. Lastly, the supervisor told you to not bring this to the hearing even though it is big problem is very disappointing because it show corruption in the company . My respond to this is that I would like to start with saying thank you for bringing this up. Also, I am very concerned that there are some companies that still producing some goods that has not been regulated by the authorities. It is very serious because people’s lives and well-being are very important regardless of the situation of the community. for example, my friend owns a Honda accord and his specific model had a problem with the airbag, so the dealer called my friend and have him bring the car to the dealer in order for them to get the car fixed. Reputation is very essential in any business around the world because people tend to do business with someone who has a very good reputation. Generally, reputation is something that can be very hard to obtain and very easy to lose. You should be concern about the company’s reputation and costumer’s heath and well-being. Personally, I wouldn’t sell anything that might cause any harm to anybody or to the environment. It is all about ethic and as an engineer you should have some very high class and well educated ethic.

My request is that you take an action and make sure that you take the right action. In my opinion you should bring this to the hearing and let the authorities know about this situation because they might solution and resolve the problem as soon as possible with no side affect to the company. You are risking the employee’s job, but in the other hand you might be the reason behind saving a lot of people. You should consider all of the circumstances and which one is more harmful. You’ll find that taking an action is much better choice. The community will be much healthier without any harmful products. In addition, you are in engineer, and from my experience all engineers take safety courses weather in collage or in the company therefore you shall apply what you learn in those courses. Public health and safety is the number one priority to most companies nowadays. This is in favor of the citizens of the country and what is best for them and for better future. Moreover, the economy can be maintained by the people but without people there is no economy to maintain. People‘s health is much more important then the economy wellbeing. Also, you should act as a professional employee, so that people see you as trustee very faithful agent

In conclusion in this litter I have talked about some facts about the issue, my response, and my requests. Having an obligation is a quite possible in the workplace and it is a matter of taking the right direction even if this action might affect few people but saving a lot of people is much more important. apply your ethic and keeping it professional so you could be trustworthy agent. generally, people should do whatever can to benefit the economy without harming people’s health and safety. Health and safety comes first and with those two we could build a very big modern city.
