Write a 2-page response paper to Taylor's (2006) The Principles of Scientific Management. Be sure to cite page numbers when using quotes (remember that I want to see your understanding of the quote, not just the quote – use quotes minimally). In your paper, address the following questions:

· In your own words, what is scientific management?

· How has scientific management influenced leadership and management today?

· What principles can we learn from Scientific Management that apply to leadership practice today, and how will you apply them to your leadership?

· The minimum is two pages, double-spaced, plus a Cover Page and a Reference Page.

· It must be APA 7.

· Make sure to use correct APA in-text citations for paraphrased ideas and quoted text.

· You must use citations and references based on your textbook and class lectures. There should be at least one citation per page for this assignment.

· Students found using outside resources will be assigned a grade of zero (0%).
